What Comes Next: Science, Ethos, and IBRI’s Momentum into the New Year

December 22, 2025

Assessing and benchmarking are at the core of Indiana Biosciences Research Institute‘s (IBRI) work. So when we look ahead to a new year, it’s all about what is next. We always keep track of our breakthroughs and challenges with data and determination. Science demands that. What is harder to document is ethos, the invisible forces that drives us.

IBRI is a high stakes laboratory for discovery. Our science is aimed at breakthroughs—big ones that mean advances in life sciences and human health, but also big business. It’s important to acknowledge these factors are conjoined and of equal importance.

Drug development is complex and hard work. As an independent institution, IBRI is fortunate to be able to stay focused on a single agenda and cultivate collaboration. We compete with ourselves, and we notch many wins over the course of a year.

Right now, IBRI is poised to launch awareness campaigns and philanthropic ventures to share our unique model because we believe IBRI brings a fresh approach to life sciences that is overdue and urgent.

If you are excited about fueling our momentum as IBRI enters its next phase of development, please consider beginning your commitment today. There’s a real added incentive: Giving in 2025 is especially advantageous because it combines higher gift tax limits with a final opportunity to maximize charitable deductions before new restrictions take effect.

If you’d like to design a plan now in this uniquely tax-efficient year to give, please be in touch.

Looking forward to our advances, together, in the New Year.
