Amy Huston is an experienced executive assistant who most recently worked for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). For more than 30 years, she faithfully served the NCAA working with the vice president of enforcement and directors of the Division I Men’s Basketball Championship, broadcast services, public relations, licensing, student-athlete reinstatement and enforcement.
Huston brings to the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute diverse experience in regulatory affairs and event management, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a focus on prioritizing tasks to efficiently achieve administrative objectives. While at the NCAA she helped plan Honors Dinners, served as hotel reservations manager for several conventions, and administered media credentialing for the Men’s Final Four.
Huston relocated from her hometown of Overland Park, KS, to Indianapolis in 1999. She lives in Indianapolis with her three dogs. She is an avid motorcyclist, and in her free time, also enjoys working out, reading and volunteering.
