Hany Moselhi, MD, serves as the senior vice president and chief medical officer at Roche Diagnostics North America. Throughout his career, he has established a diverse portfolio of experience across the globe, holding senior leadership positions within corporate commercial operations, medical affairs and product development. Completing his bachelor's degrees in medicine and surgery at Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, and becoming a registered physician in 1996, his expertise spans across oncology, immunology, neurosciences and rare diseases.
Dr. Moselhi began his career at Hoffman La Roche as an oncology product specialist in the Egyptian market, and has held commercial and medical leadership positions in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Canada and the United States. Prior to accepting his current role, Dr. Moselhi held the position of vice president of the commercial lung and pan tumor franchise at Genentech, USA. During that time, he led the development of an integrated strategy for the franchise product portfolio, serving as a key figure in the launch of eight out of the 10 indications for cancer immunotherapy (TECENTRIQ) in the US market.
Across his diverse career, Dr. Moselhi has maintained his belief in servant leadership, consistently driving strategic thinking and guiding organizational and people development. He is fluent in both English and Arabic, and is a sitting member of the Egyptian Medical Syndicate.
